The following general conditions apply to all bdt7 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise on the individual promotion:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for the specific promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players making their first qualifying deposit only.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bdt7 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a technical error is demonstrably attributable to the Platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during active gameplay, bdt7 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on available game logs. Where game state cannot be reliably reconstructed, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, circumvent security measures, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes or betting markets, whether with other players or with third parties.

• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform, game software, or payment systems for financial gain or to disrupt services for other users.

bdt7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Upon permanent closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at bdt7's discretion, subject to applicable law. Where closure is voluntary or at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt7 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing:

• Where bdt7's liability cannot be excluded by law, bdt7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
